  • 30 Days - Refund ,Return or Exchange

  Little Donkey Andy has a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. We gladly accept returns and exchanges of new, unused, and unopened merchandise if the process is initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item. Returned products must be in salable condition and returned with their associated containers and/or packing materials. Items should be shipped out within 7 days after we authorize the return. We cannot accept used products and will return those at the customer’s expense. Upon receiving your returned items, we will offer an exchange or refund per your preference. If you choose a refund, you will receive it back to your original payment method within 1-3 days.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Returned products must remain in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), with all tags, including Little Donkey Andy apparel hangtags, intact and attached. The items must also be returned in their original packaging, and any removal or cutting of tags will render them ineligible for a refund.

Please note that Little Donkey Andy does not provide return shipping labels for returns or exchanges.

Unfortunately clearance sale products can not be refunded. Returns and Exchange are not available on closeout products or discontinued products.You can get a hint in the product description.

Return Notes

A return is when a customer sends an item back to the Us warehouse or China warehouse.We will provide the correct return address.For the returns process to proceed smoothly, products must be returned to their original warehouse. Upon receipt, our team diligently evaluates the condition of each returned item. (The return address is determined by the address from which the product is shipped).

A returned item is classified as unsellable for the following reasons:

①The item is not in the same condition as previously listed.
It is defective, damaged, opened, lacking required labeling, prohibited, or otherwise unsuitable.

②In case of you need a the return, please leave us a message on the customer service support team specifically stating the issue experienced with the product.

③lf the return is due to the consumer (for instance, the product is as expected, but you changed your mind; chose the size without referring to the size chart resulting in too large or too small), then you are responsible for the shipping fee for returns. The specific fee is based on the shipping company you choose.

④If the product received are damaged or incorrect, then the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee, and no restocking fee will be charged to the consumer for the return.

⑤To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

⑥Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

⑦Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund less shipping charges;
Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on correctly shipped orders.

Return & Refund Timeline

Please allow 5-10 business days for your return package to arrive at our warehouse after dropping it off with the carrier. Once your return package arrives our will assess the condition of the product and according to the assessment, the case will be resolved with a full refund, partial refund, discount coupon, or decline of return. Most refunds are refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.  You will receive an email confirming that the processing has been completed.

Some shipping carriers may be experiencing delays causing return packages to not reach our warehouse within the typical 5-10 day timeframe. Please follow your return tracking number for details.

Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take up to 10 business days from the processing date for the refund to automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Return a Gift

If you received a gift and need an exchange or a replacement, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order. But your need provide require a receipt or proof of purchase.If you’re the gift giver, you can request a replacement in Your Orders.

To return a gift

①Go to Little Donkey Andy official website. If prompted, sign in to your account. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one.Find the order number for the item you want to return.
Note: You can find your "Order ID" on your packing slip or on the shipping notice we emailed you. If you can't locate your packaging slip or email, but have the tracking number from the shipping box, contact us. If you cannot locate the order ID or tracking number, the person who purchased the gift will need to contact us directly

②Please leave us a message on the customer service support team specifically stating the issue experienced with the product.

Important:

1.Gift recipients aren’t eligible for refunds.
2.If don't a receipt or proof of purchase,not entitled to return and exchange.

Mistaken Returns

Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

Our does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to our warehouse, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Our cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to our warehouse.

Exchange

To perform an exchange, please return your order using the return process listed above and then place another order for the product you would like. If the original order used a discount code please contact our customer service support team.

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order, we will make every attempt to cancel it prior to being shipped. Once the product is shipped, you will have to begin the return process.

Availability

All purchases made with us are subject to availability. We do our best to keep in stock most products that are advertised by us and to keep our site up to date with the availability of products. If there is a considerable delay in dispatching your order, or if for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you using the contact details provided by you when you placed the order. You can choose a refund, or if possible, to put your order on backorder as agreed with you. If you choose to put your order on backorder, we will contact you to arrange for delivery once the product is available. If certain products are out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you and make suitable arrangements.
